Shipping Policy
Order processing:
Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.
Yourself Beauty reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms of use.
International shipping:
We do process and ship orders to destinations outside of France. Please, contact Your customer care here /link to Contact us/ and choose “Shipping inquiry” in “Select Your inquiry” section if you have troubles finalizing Your order.
At the moment, our shipping carrier cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We thank you for your understanding.
Shipping & handling:
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays within France, as well as the day after Christmas and New Year.
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive to you within Europe in 2-4 working days and within the rest of the world within 12 working days.
If you have a question about the status of your order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email or by logging in “Your account” on yourselfbeauty.com or by contacting Customer care. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours to receive a response.
Shipping cost:
Shipping is complimentary on orders 100 EUR or more.
Standard Shipping cost is 5,95 EUR in Europe and 16,95 EUR for the rest of the world.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays as well as the day after Christmas and New Year.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Yourself Beauty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@yourselfbeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
